Many of you are interested in our method, and our website statistics show that we have visitors from all over the world. But we also have clients all over the world, because our treatment can be done at home. Here is how it works. It is the same protocol, which you can read about here, but adapted.

I live more than 50 kilometres from your centre, but I could come to you if need be.

1. You come to the centre once for a full listening assessment (audio-psycho-phonological assessment), which helps us understand your difficulties and suggest a personalised listening training programme.
2. You leave with our TalksUp® pocket electronic ear to do your first listening session at home.
3. You send the device back to us by post or courier.
4. We carry out a follow-up assessment by video call, then post the device to you for your second listening session.
5. You send the device back to us by post or courier.
6. And so on, until the end of your listening training.

I live too far away to come to your centre: I live in another country.

We offer a complete remote follow-up and treatment solution.

1. We assess your request and your difficulties in a full video consultation with our consultant. This allows us to suggest a personalised listening training programme.
2. We send you our TalksUp® pocket electronic ear so you can do your first listening session.
3. You send the device back to us by post or courier.
4. We carry out a follow-up assessment by video call, then post the device to you for your second listening session.
5. You send the device back to us by post or courier.
6. And so on, until the end of your listening training.
