To answer this question, here is an extract from the book “Why Mozart?”
“The listening training developed in this way uses sound material containing either the mother's voice or music.
And that music is always Mozart.
Of course, I have experimented with everything that can be recorded acoustically: noises, musical messages, classical or modern, traditional or contemporary.
I have also tried to include music from other continents, notably from the Far East, India and Africa. In terms of energising effect, the results of this music on body and mind have never matched what Mozart gives us.
That does not mean I have given up all research: whenever an unfamiliar piece comes my way, I put it to the test.
So Mozart remains almost alone throughout the work we do to treat difficulties with listening, spoken or written language, and the speaking or singing voice. In my view, his music is one of the universals. It works on everyone, everywhere.”
Mozart was especially gifted for living, for vibrating. Ready to carry others along, people caught up in their humanity, he knew how to lead them to the very place where only beauty, the transcendent and the joy of living remain.

“Kevin was very receptive, even though classical music wasn't really his favourite kind of music.”
“This is the result of your support and your method, which really took a weight off my mind and helped Hakim move forward and gain confidence in himself.”
“My dad and my friends tell me I've become more mature, that I express myself much better, that my questions are more thought through.”
