I started taking English lessons in 2018. It was a challenge for me, because I have always struggled to understand this language. But despite a lot of effort, it just wasn't going in. The final exam in September was getting closer, and I was more and more stressed.
So Mr Frère recommended that I do a Tomatis programme for English, and after the first 15-day session I noticed a positive and significant change. As the sessions went on, I began to notice that it was getting easier for me to understand what I heard in English. I feel that my brain is better connected to my hearing. I am very happy with the result of this programme.
And in the end, guess what? I passed my English exam!
I highly recommend this programme. It is very positive, not only when you are learning languages, but also because it gives you a sense of well-being.
